Default Installed Z1 Motorsports pulley delete kit on VQ35DE

Hey Guys,
Ordered the Z1 Motorsports pulley delete kit along with some new idler pulley's after my car threw both belts after some spirited driving. The pulley and mount were a pain to get out and even after loosening the power steering still needed to use a screwdriver and small hammer to persuade it to come off. The issues we faced after that was the spacer was too tight to just slide in and we ended up sanding it a little so that it would fit. I'm sure there is probably a better way to do it but this is just what we did to get it to fit. everything went back together fine and the car has been running fine with no issue. We took it to the track and did multiple low 11'sec runs with out it falling apart.

I've done this factory upgrade/mod on my Z, but I didn't have the fitment issues or difficulty removing the pulley. Might be typical rust belt issues (New York). This a must do mod IMO for anyone with a pre 2006.5 350Z. Lose a few lbs of needless weight and also remove drag on the crank!
Cheers!

Edit: Don't forget to put the timing case bolts back in. I'm pretty sure those two 17mm bolts (that were holding down the pulley bracket) do help keep the timing case cover sealed up.

Thanks for the info I didn't put them back in as i thought they would go too far in to the case and bottom out.

Edit: I messaged Z1 motorsports and they confirm that you do not reinstall those bolts in the cover.
