Howdy all. Taking my 100k beauty for a bit of a trip. Just wanted to slowly update you all on what I come across and all that, and how the car fairs during a long road trip. The total trip I'm going to make is around 1,400 miles. I'm going to be pretty much traveling the entire length of the 15 freeway, from San Diego all the way to northern Montana.
Now, my Z isn't stock. I bought it third party and they didn't tell me the mods it has, but it's fairly stock as far as I can tell. K&N CAI, coilovers (brand is hard to see, couldn't make it out too well), and a pretty decently loud exhaust. No signs of any brand on that one at all actually. Has a decent drone on the highway, so we'll see if I get driven insane.
Then to add insult to injury, I added a spoiler that my friend gave me. It's a tiny old thing and I haven't even bothered with trying to figure out the aero, and even if I did it probably wouldn't do much. Looks stupid as sin too and I'll own that, so let's see how many laughs we can get on the road as well.
I'm going to split my journey across three full days. First stop is going to be in St George. After that, we're heading up to Idaho Falls. Then we'll break from the 15 and take the 90, and then the 93 past Missoula northernly. If you want to try this route, do NOT travel on the 83/East of flathead lake unless you're either not in a Z/G, and/or you don't have much country-side driving and do your absolute best no matter what to avoid it at night. It's a pretty dangerous road teeming with loads of wildlife. Follow my route if you must. Or just keep on the 15 the whole way, but I actually have an end goal in mind.
Hopefully I'll be able to post nightly updates. I'm going to be traveling starting this Thursday morning, the 26th of May, so expect an update the 25th, 26th, 27th, and the 28th. After that, I'll post more if it this gains traction (which I doubt) in the comments if y'all have questions. I don't answer emails. You can try, but I don't really. Messages I do. Or at least try.

Have a fun trip.
mine has been from vegas to Wisconsin, then to San Diego. Was a hell of a trip, then 2 years later from vegas to Dallas and back. They do well on long trips.
