Default GKTech vs. Z1 vs. OEM Motor mounts?

new member to the forum here and new to owning a Z. picked up a project 03 350z last week which will be used for drifting/track only.

pretty much immediately noticed the engine mounts need to be replaced and could find a lot of reviews that compare z1 to GKTech to OEM. I'm not really interested in going OEM because I want something that'll hold up better with continuous abuse from drifting

I know GK and Z1 both have a polyurethane model and a solid model for their mounts and while I dont mind the extra NVH from solid, wanted to see if anyone is running either and can attest to quality or durability over time.

Never really felt they are needed, I have 2 sets of stiffer rubber ones chillin in the boxes, Nismo and Sunline Racing.

I personally have issues with GKTech making **** control arms. So I am not a big fan of theirs. I would bet that Z1s are also made overseas and prepped/packaged here, but I have a bit more trust in Z1 than some others for most items.

Assuming you mean you have stuck with oem? mine are definitely shot so I’m looking to upgrade to something more durable bc this car will be used on the track

the lower angle kit that the p.o. Put on the Z is gk tech but I believe it still has stock control arms. New Z owner so can’t speak to things too much. The z1’s do seem decent but unfortunately it seems like everything is overseas nowadays.

my other options all seem cheaper than z1 with the exception of Megan racing which might be overkill

Yes, I am on stock ones for now but I will eventually put the Nismos on. Megan Racing ones are stiffer rubber aren't they?
Stick with Z1 I guess, theirs will most likely last longer as long as you don't care about the NVH, I can deal with a little extra but when people say there is no added NVH I can't take them seriously. I've had 3 cars now with polyurethane mounts in some fashion, they always sound like a drum at lower engine speeds.
