Hey Folks, I have a 2003 350Z and noticed the trunk was not staying up, so I ordered 2 new Strongarms from Rock Auto. I can see how the Strongarms get installed by pulling back the clips. I can't see any clips on the original ones, and I don't want to force them off! Am I missing something? Couldn't find anything in the forums that would help.

If I remember correctly there are small black metal clips you need to remove with a flat head screwdriver
