Some retard hit me a lil over a month ago and the insurance told me that they denied it was their fault. Now I don't know what to do. I have no witnesses, no police report, I don't think I have a case against them! Jeese I might have to end up just bumping a bumper and get it painted, any reocmmendation guys of where is the least expensive place to pick up a factory bumper?

That totally sucks. I feel your pain. Some ****head hit me two weeks after I got the Z (16 days to be exact). The cop said that since he didn't see it and there were no witnesses aside from those in the cars that I'd never be able to get anything from the other guy. I had to pay for the repairs myself.

 

thats BS!!!! ive been in accidents where there were no witnesses and the other party paid for both damages.

 

Yeah, but fault was impossible to prove in my case. The ***hole came into my lane and hit me. He said I turned into the lane (from a parking lot) as he was changing lanes (said he had his blinker on). He could create enough doubt that I couldn't get sh*t.

 

same here, they said i didn't yield, but the traffic was yielding to me and it was dead stop what else was i suppose to yield to? ants? Well thank God it's only a bumper so I'm just wondering if anyone know of any good joints that could cut me a hellav a deal for a factory bumper or fi anyone knows that are selling their bumper? I know I should be checking classifieds, but I want to see if there are any offers here

 

front or rear? either way, try performance nissan, the bumper wont cost as much as the paint. so deifnitly try to find someone that has a PPW Z with a body kit so its already painted.
