Default limp mode, p1122, p1126

while i was driving, the g went to limp mode, and i stopped for bit and turn the car back on it drives normal again, but i need to step on the gas a little to make it start, when i get home i was sitting in the car for bit, and the car start revving by it self and it went to limp mode again, scanned code saids p1122, p1126, replaced my throttle body recently and clean MAF sensor did a idle relearn, any clue why this is happening?

Surging idle typically (but not always) points to unmetered air entering the intake. Check for vacuum leaks. You may have a cracked intake tube or forgot to hook up the PCV hose. That's the most logical place to look since it's the area you were last working on. What kind of TB did you install? Is it a new OEM unit? Aftermarket, larger diameter?

the intake tube do seems like there’s some cracks at the edge, at first i thought it wouldn’t affect much, and i installed the hitachi TB off rockauto

Check the tube around the PCV port that connects into the driver side valve cover (back), see if it's cracked. Also check around the flex pipe area, look for cracks/rips. Only thing else I can think of is to clean your MAF sensor and re-do the relearn procedure. The Hitachi TB on Rock auto is same as OEM, should work just fine.
Good Luck!
