Nismo wing comparison with 300 ZX SMZ
OK, my 300 ZX SMZ picture didn't get attached, so here is a link to my website where you will see the wing that I'm talking to you about (the 300 ZX 25th anniversary SMZ), very similar to the Nismo wing...

Similarities-Nismo wing vs 300ZX SMZ
Sorry guys, I can't seem to attach any pictures to my post (having the same problem on the G35 forum). Yes, too high traffic brings down the link since I'm limited in bandwidth per month.
Any way that I can e-mail one of you the pic of my car in order that you can post it here for comparison purposes against the Nismo wing. I think that once you see it installed on a road driven car (like mine) rather than a studio shot, you will see that it is not overkill, very tasteful.
Please let me know how to attach pics. I will attempt to attach a pic once again with this post..

Nismo vs Stillen SMZ wing comparison
Oh good, the attachment thing works no, here is a better rear shot of 25th anniversary SMZ wing, as you can see, very similar to the Nismo one for the 350z. I think it looks more race and more masculin thatn the little lip that costs so much from the dealer.. But that's my opinion only, if you like the stock wing, then enjoy it.,

No one seemed to help me answer my last question, 350z or G35 coupe?? Still trying to decide.

I think VQ has made the decision as easy as possible. Which to say the least is still extremely difficult. As for the wing I like the look of your 25th anniversary wing, though it is a little to high for me. The style however is very close to the Nismo look. From the pictures it seems as though the Nismo spoiler is just about even with the height of the rear view mirrors. This would put it at the same height as the stock spoiler on the 96 300ZX TT. For those of you that remember how they raised the spoler the last year or so, you would also remember that it looked classy in person. Just my opinion though.

Oh yeah, I forgot about the '94-'96 wing that was lifted off the deck lid a little. I think that wing would be a good compromise between that small unnoticeable lip of a wing that Nissan offers with the 350Z and the larger Nismo wing that is very similar to the one on my 25th anniversary SMZ (see posts above).
I'll try to find a pic of that wing and attach it here and then if it is a good angle then maybe someone can photoshop it onto a 350

1995 300ZX wing for 350Z
Here you go, as promised. A 1995 stock 300ZX wing, slightly lifted off the deck lid. I think this would look awesome on the 350z. Not too big, not too small, just right!!

I really wish NISMO would offer this kit prepainted. It would make it a little more attractive to me. Of course, I am still trying to figure out how many times I would have to donate blood, so that I can buy it. j/k
Maybe I will wait and see what other manufacturers come up with.
