Hey everyone
I am looking at purchasing a 2004 350z in the next week or 2. I am getting it fully checked out (compression, cylinder borescoped, leakdown etc etc) before purchasing but it is a 2004 Track edition with only 70,000 miles on it.
The only downside is that it has a slipping clutch. The guy is getting it fixed before selling it to me but he was asking what clutch kit I want in it.
I now have an opportunity to go with a lightweight flywheel, 6 puck clutch or any combo and am completely unsure where to go.
My intent with the vehicle is to enjoy it NA for a year or so and then look to Turbo it and aim for around 350whp.
Does anyone have any recommendations ? I have seen people vouch for JWT clutch kits.
We have a Z1 store in my country and I can get this (https://www.z1motorsports.com/z1-pro...1592a25ed842e4)
Or I can get a JWT (https://www.z1motorsports.com/clutch...1ca92b2f28cb28)
So should I go with a factory weight and clamping force clutch and keep things simple? Do I upgrade to a light weight flywheel? DO I get a 6 Puck racing clutch?
Thanks!

I'd go with the JWT clutch/flywheel combo. It's comfortable enough for stock power and capable of handling more power if you go FI in the future. A little bit of chatter, but that's to be expected with a lighter single flywheel. A 6 puck is a little much for your needs and not worth it if you plan on driving it regularly on the street.

I'm running this in my Z. Not sure of the longevity of the clutch yet, but I definitely recommend this 13lb flywheel if anything
