I am having trouble diagnosing a problem with my door locks. The power lock button don’t work on either side, my key fob does nothing and my key will not lock the door from the outside. I can use the key to unlock the door and put the window down. Also if I manually lock the door from the inside it works on both doors.

Based on your description, only manual locks are working, either with the key from driver's door or the manual lock buttons inside. The keyless entry system is essentially dead, but your power windows are still working. The giveaway here is that your power lock buttons on the inside aren't working.
Most likely a wiring fault. One of your door lock switches is either faulty, not plugged in, or a wire is damaged/cut/shorted somewhere. This is typical behavior if you disconnect one of the door lock switches from the harness, it breaks the entire circuit.
Before ripping things apart, I would check fuses related to keyless entry. If those check out good, then it's time to pull up wiring diagrams and start testing the switches. If the switches test ok, then continue on by checking body harness continuity focusing on power and ground.
As for the keyfob issue, I suspect it's not working or doing anything because the lock system circuit is dead. Once you can get the interior lock buttons to function, your keyfob should also work. If it doesn't, then you may have a dead fob battery, the fob is not paired with the car, or the fob radio module is dead.
Good Luck!

Thank you for the response. The fuses did check out good. I will be pulling the door panels this weekend hopefully the issue is corrected in there. I just traded for this car last week. It is a drift car that has damage to the drivers door. The previous owner said the fob and locks were working but that is a good spot to start. Also the engine was put back in right before I got the car so hopefully it isn’t something that was damaged in the process. I noticed the drivers kick panel was loose so the body control module came to mind but everything else is working as it should.
