Took my car to autozone for a free test and this is what came up, can this really lead to a misfire or is something else wrong?

It's possible. I haven't personally seen this cause a misfire on a 350Z, EVAP issues are rare on these cars. But I have seen EVAP issues cause misfires on other makes/models. It could be unrelated, but you still need to get that fixed. You won't pass CA smog check with an EVAP code present. Replacing the purge valve is easy/cheap (assuming it's the valve), take care of it and check back.
Btw, how have you been cable to confirm a misfire condition without any misfire codes present?
Cheers!
