Angry HELP! AC and fan Issue

I have an issue with my drift z and have run out of ideas. I have a 2007 350z coupe MT. To try and make a long story short it was wrecked and I rebuild the entire front end back up. Everything worked up until I brought it to a shop "Turn Style" who was supposed to fix it went under and stole 4k for undone labor. Ever since I got it home the fans quite working and my A/C is out (the A/C clutch will not engage). I checked continuity through the IPDM box to both fans through all 3 relays. (Everything checked out. Put in 2 working fan motors I confirmed were working. And put in a new IPDM box also confirmed it was working on a different z. Temperature sensor works, and there is nothing unplugged that I'm aware of. I spent a whole day checking. Now when I was checking the relays in the IPDM I removed the middle relay and both fans turned on at high speed immediately. So this would've been my fix except I live in phoenix and its too hot to not have A/C. does anyone have any ideas to check? I don't want to throw parts at this thing unless its necessary. Am I missing something stupid?

If the car's front end was caved in, most likely the condenser or one of the lines to the condenser is cracked and has a leak. If you don't have adequate refrigerant pressure in the lines, then the A/C clutch will not engage as a protection measure. All modern A/C systems have pressure sensors, if the pressure is not within designated specs, the clutch will not engage.

If you haven't gotten the A/C recharged or checked for leaks, that's where I would start.

Regarding the fan issues, IPDMs might need to be programmed to work on your Z. I'm fairly certain they communicate on the CAN network. Also, I know you mentioned you checked continuity between the IPDM and Fans, but did you check the integrity of the engine bay grounds? Did you check for shorts between the wires? It's common to get some harness damage from accidents/collisions.

Since the fans kick on when you pull one of the relays, I would focus on that circuitry. Get a copy of the FSM and dig through the wiring diagrams.

Good Luck!

As for the A/C issue I would suggest you take it to someone that specializes in A/C. Not just a general mechanic that will use gauges but an actual recovery/recycle/recharge machine. They will tell you if theres a leak and where its at.
I recently had a similar issue with my daughters acura and I tried to figure this out on my own and almost replaced parts that were good. I finally took it to a local shop. I was certain it was the condensor and it ended up being the recharge hose. They evacuated the system, replaced the hose and recharged it. Good as new. Cost was about $400 and it was done in about an hour.
