Default Various Throttle Position Sensor codes

Hello again, I'm working through an issue on my 03 Enthusiast that includes the codes: p2113 p2127 p2132 p2109

The symptoms I'm getting are a bog and sputtering at low rpm while accelerating (particularly off cold start), slightly unstable idle, when I push the clutch sometimes the rpm falls almost to 0 before recovering to idle, and poor cold start (it'll start right up then rpm will drop very low and the car will sometimes die or sputter until it recovers (will do that then hop up to high idle, then repeat for a few seconds)

No dash lights and the Service Engine light only turns on after driving for a bit and stopped (I can drive forever without it turning on, just when I come to a stop and idle it has a chance to come on). Otherwise it runs well, even after the light comes on, which is a bit confusing

With that combination of codes is it just sensors that would need replaced or more likely a wiring issue? My car has a Z1 75mm throttle body and stock pedal as far as I can tell. Further mod list can be viewed on my profile.

Attached is a video of it during a cold start: https://youtu.be/sxVFbS3hoZU

Any advice is appreciated

As a keen home 'mechanic' Thanks for taking the time to put these together.
