Hey. This is my first post here and i’m looking for guidance on a cracked hose i have. I’ll have a picture below. The cracked hose is underneath and as showed below will not be the hose with an x on it but underneath. Please if anybody can provide me some information that would be much appreciated.

 

The "hose" that is cracked is the one you marked with the red X or the one to the left of it?

Either way - that's split wire loom. It is just a protective sheath or plastic covering to house the wires that are inside of it. It is split by design so that you can wrap it around exposed wires and then close it, typically with electrical tape or zip ties.
