Black or Silverstone
I have decided to purchase a Z this week and have narrowed down my color choice between Silverstone and Black. I like both colors and would be happy with either. I just can't make up my mind so I think the choice will come down to which one will look best with tinted windows.
I am thinking black will look the best. Does anyone have or have seen the Silverstone with tinted windows? How did it look?
I have also heard that there is a window tint that has a silver look to it. Has anyone seen it? Does it blend will with Silverstone?
Any thoughts would be helpful.

def both are sick colors...black is extremely nice if you keep it clean. a little bit of dirt makes it look dirty. on the other hand silverstone (what i have) can be dirty as hell and still look clean.
but both are def nice.

Its really a tough choice, car looks so good in both. Whatever you do your gonna see the other color on the road and go damn that looks good. I would bet that theres alot less black ones on the road though, at least in Florida where people think your nuts if you buy a black car.

Silverstone w/tint......
Here's my SS with 20% tint - if it helps any. Either color would be fantastic. I've had black before - as posted, just a pain to keep looking clean. If you have a little time though, there's nothing as beautiful as a black Z with a few coats of Zaino on it!! The Silverstone is a great color too. I've really gotten to love the color after 8 weeks of ownership - the tint and the clear front reflectors make it look pretty good. Will even look sweeter after the Nismo wheels go on in a few weeks.
IMO, you'll be happy with either color - heck, you'll be happy with the Z in ANY color!!

i decided on superblack so that i can kill two birds with one stone.
bird 1=sporty
bird 2=classy
...very close to getting a daytona blue...but that color can only look sporty.

i got an ss with cool chrome tint with 50% for the front and 20% for the back. silverstone is great, never have to wash it. but really it hides dirt nicely and looks great when clean.

To me black and SS look like totally different cars. Black hides the lines and shows the shape, whereas the SS is the opposite.
And of course black is a LOT of work to keep clean.
(But black wasn't a choice for me, because my evil aunt had a black 280zx once.)
