Default Australian 350Z owner :)

Hello I have ordered my blue z track automatic and it should be arriving this weekend or early next week woohoo.

I was told that European version doesn't have this tire problem and since Australian version is based on Euro model I shouldn't have to worry about this. I also called Nissan Australia and they told me they never had a single complaint about this issue and it doesn't exist in Australia. Can any aussies verify this? Also is there a 350z club in Oz? if so where can i get more information

Welcome to the board and congrats on your purchase.

Nissan are lying. Some Aussie members of this very forum have complained about the tyre issue. Personally I don't have it but several do.

BTW there's an Australian/NZ regional section here: https://my350z.com/forum/australia-new-zealand-40/

Don't know of any 350Z clubs but there are Z car clubs and Nissan Sports Car Clubs. Where about in Oz are you?

I don't think it's widespread. In fact I don't think any of the problems are widespread but they do exist. You just tend to hear about the ones with problems more than the ones without. Mine has been perfect from day one for example.

i suggest you simply dump the stock tires and go with others.

the tread rating on the bridgestones are 140 " A "rating.

AKA CRAPOLA

go with michelon pilot sport. or others.

and have the dealer check the alignment before you take delivery.

I wouldn't bother. The dealer supposedly checked mine yet when I had it checked elsewhere it was way out. Just take it to a place you trust and have them do an alignment for you.

Haven't been able to find one of those here. I'll never buy a Nissan again. Wish someone like Performance Nissan would open up down here.

That's a long way for me to go for a service. By the time I got back I'd be almost due for the next one
