"Service Update Information Slip" received in mail?

"Service Update Information Slip" received in mail?
I just got a "Service Update Information Slip" from Douglas Nissan of Orange.
It says

Anyone know what this is? And why does it say over and over that I can only go to Douglas Nissan. I *HATE* Douglas Nissan...
Also, I've been getting tons of crap mail from douglas offering to buy back my car at a "reasonable" rate, and if I contact them now I'll get some "special deal" on a new nissan from them.
So I'm kind of suspect about this letter...
If it just said "Nissan America Headquarters" or something I wouldn't be so suspect.
Anyways, if anyone has a clue, maybe Jeff or Jason?

smells like total BS. Seeing as how their gonna get your car and be like, you need new this that and this looks worn.... blah blah. If it didnt say ONLY AT Douglas Nissan, i wouldnt have thought anything of it. Maybe call Nissan HQ and ask. gl though.
