Welcome and congrats on the new Z! There are tons of threads on here regarding tire problems people have had. Use the search to find out all about them. There seem to be fewer occurences of the problems in the 04s than there were in the 03s, so I wouldn't worry about the problems just yet.

On second thought, just go drive your Z until you have about 10K miles on it, then you'll have a personal account of the problem. Although not all Z's are experiencing it
