I was just browsing ebay and noticed that there are oil caps and radiator caps for sale with the name NISMO on them and they cost much less than true NISMO parts for sale with other vendors. How can they sell these parts with the NISMO name on them. Isn't that an infringment? Just curious.

There are alot of fake nismo part on ebay. There are fake Nismo seats, oil caps and harnesses. Be careful and make sure its the real thing.
