Talking Thanks Jeff@Performance!

I just wanted to write something to publicly express my thanks to Jeff at Performance Nissan for the level of service that he (along with everyone else there) provides.

I had inquired to him about a Pop Charger and he said they had some in stock so I swung by yesterday to pick one up. Upon arriving I saw Jeff and told him I was there for the Pop charger. He said that there may be a problem with the one they had and that he would go check for me.

Turns out that there was a tear in one of the pieces of foam around the heat shield on the pop charger they had in stock.

So you know what he did??

He and Jason went out to HIS Z and took the piece off his own car to give to me! Wow! Talk about EXCELLENT service! (The part is probably good for an extra couple hp too since it's off his car! ).

yup the Performance crew is top notch.

Above and beyond is the norm with them, a very rare breed indeed!

i think we need to split jeff jason and jenny up. one for east coast, west coast, and midwest, because everyone in CA gets all the good stuff

You've got that right, El Diablo! I only wish I had known about them when I was looking to buy a Z. I would have gone directly to them rather than the lousy place I ended up at when I was ready to buy. They will definitely get ALL my business when it comes to parts for my Z. They are AwEsoMe!!!

I have Jeff to thank for setting me up with Ken, fleet manager, in getting my roadster. They are both super nice and even though i live 1 hr away, I still get my parts from performance. It's refreshing to see Jeff's passion for his work and that shows in how Jeff/Jason/Jenny service their customers. Whether you want to call them up or instant message Jason, they get back to you right away.

I'd like to thank Jeff as well. I asked him a question about CAI and the PopCharger. His response was quick and very through. As soon as I can save up a few bucks, I'll be getting a Nismo CAI from them.

Hey everyone, thanks for all the nice compliments! You are right... my Z is my passion. I love that car to the point of maybe needing professional help... ... I'm lucky to be working for a Dealer that is into racing the 350Z's so they seem pretty willing to let me have my run around this place. They reel me in now and then, but for the most part we get to play as much as we work. I live and breathe these cars and try to go to an event every weekend. Now that I'm more involved with our road racing division I don't get to spend as much time on the forum as I would like... but hopefully Jason is doing a great job for you all. Looking forward to meeting more of you in the future.... Jeff

Wow, that has got to be some of the best customer service I have EVER herd of in my life.

Got my Pop Charger from them too. Quick and easy to deal with, and got to my house very fast, in mayonase box, lol. But it's what's in the box that counts!

Yup! I couldn't have said it better myself! Oh wait... I guess I already did say it myself. Hehehehe!!

Seriously though, I don't think that I have EVER recieved the level of service from anywhere that I have from "The 3 J's" at Performance Nissan. It's really great to deal with people who sincerely care about their customers.
