Default Tire Feathering 12mo or 12k mile

Just brought my Z in for the tire feathering problem.
My car has 11,643 miles on it, but was bought in Oct. 2002.

They REFUSED to do the TSB because it was "Over 12months old".

Hey NISSAN, F*** YOU!

I'll be back.

Nissan seems to act as if this feathering problem doesn't exist even though they've gotten numerous complaints and some magazines have noticed it, too. You'd probably have to call NNA 30 times a day for a week before you make them turn their heads.

That sucks... Maybe they invoked the clause about alignment being only covered for the 1st 12 months/12K miles. The worst part is, do we really know if there are any proper alignment settings that will not cause the tires to feather?
