Picked Up my new Brickard Track w/Nav Two Weeks ago today.
Well the interminable wait was finally over....
I picked it up on Thursday Sept. 12th a full week before promised.
It actually arrived on Sept. 6th but the dealer didn't get the CO from Nissan until the next Wed.
My dealer was great!!! Frost Nissan in Newton just outside of Boston.
They have assigned one guy just to take care of the Zs. Because I had to wait for the CO and Lojack I allowed them to keep the car in the Show Room. They sold 2 more Zs just with it sitting there. They kept the keys in the safe and even the sales manager was not allowed to sit in it.
I got to drive it for the first time, with a dealer plate on Saturday the 7th, it was a blast. At that time it was the First one on the road in the Boston area and the looks I got were Tremendous.
Back to the dealership and an excruciating 5 days before I could take it home.
But once I got it home what a rush. That night I put 200 miles on it through the back roads of New Hampshire. (Only had to lose 1 cop)
The next day I set out on a 800 mile run through New Hampshire, Maine and New Brunswick Canada to my home town of Moncton.
I was being followed by my buddy driving my 300zx so I could store it at home for the winter. We had a great run, drew a warning from the fine constabulary in Belfast ME and made a speed run between Bangor and Calais ME, ME Route 9 a fun road.
Tried to follow Break In Procedures to the Letter... All of the driving was back roads and I spent 12 Hours in my New Z that day!!!
PS. Just in case you are wondering 95MPH@3900RPM in 6th gear....Had to stay under that 4000 RPM Mark .
All in all I have 2000 miles on the Z in two weeks and I am about to take it in for new oil, Mobile 1.
It really picks up on the On Ramps, just ask the down in the mouth Audi S8 driver on Route 2 in Lexington.

Congrats! first Track I see in Brickyard, it looks awesome. I'm trying to order a Performance here in Boston too. I tried Nissan of Natick, estimated delivery iof I oder in Oct. would be Dec. They only have two Tourings coming in to sell. Who should I talked to at Frost? Do you know if they charged over MSRP for those other two that got sold? I would like to know if they have a Perf. available before December.

Congrats on the Brickyard! Just a slight correction...I was driving my Black Track in Boston around September 2 or so..so Brickyard couldnt have been the first one out there.
