I also think blue, black & red colors makes the Z car look too ordinary.

I have one week to decide between silverstone and chrome silver.

umm... and chrome silver or silverstone isn't ordinary? I think if you survey most Z's a good percentage of them are silverstone or chrome silver.

I think the most unique colors are brickyard, le mans, and daytona.

Black, white, red, silverstone, chrome are nice too and good "safe" colors to go with.

Can't go wrong with any color methinks... just get whatever suits your personality.

I think silver shows off the car the best, a lot better than silverstone. But I also like the redline, blue, and black a lot... I'd have to place redline and blue as second and black as third...Maybe silverstone as 4th

hum.....for the daytona blue, i think what he means is that after a few years the blue "might" be outdated and it will hurt the resale price a bit.

that's y you will never go wrong with silver, white and black.

my favor:
Silverstone
Peak Pike White
Brickyard
Daytona blue
Redline
Lemans Sunset
Chrome Silver
Black

Everybody and their brother is getting CS or Silverstone. Personally, I want to be different that is why I ordered DB. As for resale value, frankly, I don't plan on selling this vehicle any time in the future.

Just my 2 cents.

There are 8 choices for different tastes. They are all great looking. I ordered CS and everytime I see any of the others I say to myself," Should I have gotten that color?" That crap about resale, where the hell does that come from? Just as you like your car color now, someone else will in the future if you decide to part with it.

I personally like the Daytona Blue, it really stands out in a crowd (Not that the 350z itself doesn't). The only other car I think that looks good to me with a blue color is the WRX, that's just my opinion.

While the Z looks good in any color, black stands out the richest and coolest. (can you tell I am biased? )

All colors are great.

From the looks of the forum, DB is not that rare of a color....prolly in the top 3 or 4.

Nice color (I've even thought about getting it), but not for me.

Here are my favorites in order:

- Daytona Blue
- Redline
- Chrome Silver
- Brickyard
- Super Black
- Pikes Peak White
- Silverstone
- Le Mans Sunset

Daytona Blue and Redline are really the only two I even considered.

Z's, like Jags, look good in any color. I got Silverstone, and like it a lot. With the metallic undertones, it changes a lot with ambient lighting, from gray to bronze, almost golden in some lights. Gets lots of complements, doesn't show dirt much, takes a nice shine. Very classy.

I think a lot of people would give a different answer for "what color looks best" than they would for "what color would you like to own".

Some people think Super Black or Pikes Peak White looks good, but they think it's too hard to keep clean. Others might like the Redline or Daytona Blue, but don't want to attract attention from the highway patrol. Maybe people love the Lemans Sunset or Brickyard but fear it will be "dated" in five years. Fans of Silverstone and Chrome Silver may opt to own another color just because the silvers will be the most common.

Having said that, my favorite colors to look at on the Z are Redline, Daytona Blue, and Super Black. The colors I'd most like to own are Redline, Brickyard, and Silverstone. This will be the fourth car I've owned, and the third red one.
