ZISME Question about LA dockworkers strike
I understand the longshoremen are having a work slowdown that may lead to a strike. Is this currently affecting deliveries of cars coming through Los Angeles? I figured if anyone would know about this situation and its consequences it would be you. My car is supposed to be on the Haul Traveler which is scheduled to dock 9/30/02. I would appreciate any info. Thanks.

I heard from an "unofficial" source that there are already approx. 125-150 Z's for 54 dealers that are tied up at the port in LA.
Hopefully, the labor dispute between the shipping lines and the dock worker's union can be resolved quickly!
