Hi guys i just broke in my car and have never owned a sports car before, i have owned stick shifts but nothing like this before. Im just wondering how far can i push this thing. I have tried pushing it a little but i hear my clutch noise and tranny noise increase pretty bad, is this normal. I let the clutch out an about 1500 to 2000 rpm and floor it. Can she handle it and if so can you guys tell me what you guys do when accelerating? first post newbie lol

 

Launching at 2k should be fine, you can do it at higher rpms if you want. Shouldn't get any "bad" clutch or tranny noises. Make sure to turn off VDC if you have it.

 

That noise is normal of all cars being pushed to their limits.
