Angry Hate your dealership?

I do!

They once stuck gum on my passenger side seat and the issue was never resolved. It’s been 8 months and another problem arose due to their service department incorrectly installing my new spark plugs. I went and spoke with the General Manager today about the 2 instances and even after I clearly explained my case why the dealership should pay for the seat repair and reimburse me for a waste of dyno time, he would only give me credit at their service dept. That wasn’t good enough because everything costs more there and I just don’t think I will ever return to their service dept now. I said to him, (this is the good part) "the only reason I am continuing to pursuit this matter with you, the General Manager, is because if you don’t resolve these matters, I will just go ahead and file my complaints with NNA and the BBB." He then asked me about the customer surveys Nissan sends to all the new owners. I said I had filled out the first CIS for the sales dept with "excellent" under every question. But the CIS for the service dept has yet to have been filled because I feel I would be too angry and the survey of your service dept would be horrid. All this spooked the GM I think. He then offered me the full reimbursement for my wasted dyno time and to redetail the gum in my seats if I where to send him my unfilled CIS! I was like... hmmmm. This guy is crooked. That survey has no right being in his hands for a good reason. He could easily fill it out himself with an excellent rating.

So what do you guys think? Should i send him the survey so I can get my $150 bucks back and get the dealer to redetail my seats and remove the gum they put there or... say **** it and hammer them with the survey, complain to NNA, and then to the BBB?

The GM is held accountible,

Get your service the way you want it!

Then reward him with a good survey.

Why burn a bridge? you may need him later..

I cant get the service I want from him because he does not feel his party is liable. He will only give me what what he is offering, not what i am asking for.

Then reward him with a good survey.
I would but because he is asking for the customer survey from me, most likey to keep his standings from being tarnissed, I feel that he is using extortion or some other means of unethical practise against me so that i can get what should have been mine in the first place. I will not help someone like him. Their service dept performed poorly and i gave them many opportunities to correct their mistakes. I had to go find the GM and he too will not correct their mistakes and now tries to pull off this stunt?

Why burn a bridge? you may need him later..
There are other Nissan dealerships I can go to in Houston.

I know how u feel... my dealer is the biggest buncha $^%$& ever. They did an oil change for me and the plastic skid plate on the bottom flies off when im on the highway about 2 months later. They refuse to be held accountable. Also eveyr problem I have had is "not covered under warranty" I swear they act like it's there money that i am ripping out of their pockets to get a legitimate problem fixed... i have yet to get a survey but once i do... they are getting slammed.

I agree, just call NNA and tell them the whole story! don't let those dealers get away like that! They mess with your car, they need to fix it!

I try this one in OC, Nissan of Garden Grove. They were still jerks but better than the one that I have been to. I use to thought Nissan customer service sucks was just rumors but hey it is true.
