The break in is done!
OK, so I'm not a fast driver really. No, really. I mean it.
So anyway... I looked down this morning and low and behold I was at 1190, and still 12 miles to the office. What should I do?
Somehow, as I pondered this question, I found myself on a long windy road that demanded my attention. So I decided that that was that. I stopped, waited, and checked my oil level. Plenty. Hmmm...
Oh well, long story short, I got to work on time and let me tell you, she really flys between 4000-5500 in 2nd. I only took it up to ~50 today in 2nd but I still have the grin on my face! The drive home in traffic was painful today until that last 3 miles, which were empty of other traffic. The sound at 5500 is awesome!

Anyone else in Puget Sound up for a road trip over Highway 20 next weekend before the weather changes?
I'm thinking of the loop over 20, around on 97, then back on 2 towards Puget Sound over Stevens Pass.

It's calling at me... I'm gonna try to hold out for 100 miles before I go all the way. I don't know why it feels right, it just does... 6000 in 50 miles, so that's tomorrow.
