Using our pre orders to determine production #'s ???
Don't you think Nissan will be using our pre order details such as color % and combination with interiors etc. to determine what they send to the dealers for the lot??
Not to mention Bracketheads survey!!
I think we are providing them some valuable information!

Yes, it's been long enough and now I have to admit it...
Nissan is paying me to give them the survey statistics. The site is going to have an IPO shortly after the first 350Z's are delivered. I will buy one of each color 350Z coupe and roadster with the millions I make!
OK, obviously joking there!
I think you're right about Nissan using the pre-order stats to help determine the cars they make for normal dealership distribution. But I doubt they care about my survey because they have the complete stats for all the pre-orders they will manufacture, where my site only has a few hundred.
I think my stats represent the hard-core enthusiasts who also happen to be online, which are probably skewed compared to the entire 7000+/- pre-orders.
