I remember someone posting a while back that all pre-order Z customers will be receiving this book. Does anyone know when this will happen?

It happened when I picked up my car, but my understanding was that this was dealer dependent.

I recieved mine when i picked up my car from Bamarritos Nissan in ST.Louis, they said only the 5star dealerships were handing them out and they happen to be 1 of them.
