Color of "Z" emblem on forums?

Color of "Z" emblem on forums?

Anyone know what the purpose of the "Z" elblem on these forums is for next to the "profile" button on each post? Some are gold for certain members, and some seemed to be gray or silver. Mean anything?

Gold means they're SPECIAL people! If they're grey, they're like boring people or something.
