Hmmmmm.

Not too surprised by the comments for some reason.

I don't see anything wrong with the wheels. They look nice! Prolly wouldn't pay 3 grand for them but they are nice.

Let's see maybe they should add some chrome wheel well trim to that.

Those wheels are just an easy way for them to jack up the price. And I have to say they suck.

Default get the originals back

My dealer told me specifically that now that the pre-order program is over, he would still sell the car at MSRP, but do one of two things on every z:

either

1) chrome the wheels
or
2) tint the windows

then charge $5k for that upgrade.

Dude, you got ripped off with those wheels. Please get the originals back and sell those ugly things. The dealer may still have them if his motivation for putting them on was simply to gouge you while still technically selling the car itself for MSRP.

With such an overwhelming response to these wheels, I think at some point opinion ceases to be opinion and simply becomes fact. The wheels are heinous. Saying the rims are nice should land you a perjury trial.

The fault is not in owning them but even liking them. It's wrong. Like sleeping with your cousin.

Default OOOOOOPS!

Sometimes you win sometimes you loose. I'm not real happy with the OEM wheels either, but those don't make it. At least we all learn a set not to buy. But the important thing is what makes you happy. Just enjoy !!

Keep on Z'n Jumping for joy.

Default "Z" Purist

This whole discussion is making one very strong point - most people are "Z" Purist. Meaning that if you're going to deviate off of the original design and specs of the Z, then it better be pretty damned sharp or forget about it....

I think there are many of us out there that are interested in getting new wheels. We just would like good wheels.

I hope that car wasn't a track. If they replaced the rack wheels with those.....well, it IS like sleeping with your cousin.

NOT !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
LOL!

Seriously guys, please refrain from the "major flaming"! Everyone is entitled to an opinion here, but a much better way of saying what most of you feel would be: "Those are not my style at all, and they are way too expensive."
Speaking of wheels, I changed my mind on the Kahn's , but my new wheels WILL NOT DISSAPOINT............

TXSTYLE.. what size tires are you planning on running with that 19" rim? Aren't you afraid of your ride going to hell? Right now I think the 350Z's ride borders on uncomfortable.. Won't going to like a 35 series tire on a 19" rim just make it unbearable? I mean, no doubt 19's suit the Z much better than 18's.. but what about the ride?
