Default Help with plastic diffuser damage... Please

I had my car curbed by a mechanic at the place that changes my oil, they put the car over a bump stop and shredded up that odd little plastic lip that hangs down under the bumper. I was curious if that is actually a part of the bumper, part of the plastic "undercover" on the car, or a seperate plastic piece that is easily replaced? I will try to get pictures up later today if no one can figure out what the heck I am talking about

Its available by itself for about $60 from dealer. If its just a little fuzzy and rough on the bottom careful use of a propane torch can remove the fuzz.

Achhh.. crap.. I just looked under and the holes with the bolts that hold the underbody diffuser... ripped up. ********. Also the driver side part of the bumper is warped... looks like they will be buying me a new bumper.
