Do any of the Nismo suspension mods fix feathering?

So is the S-Tune or other the answer to the 2003s "little problem"?

i HAVE AN '04 TOURING COUPE AND IT BEGAN FEATHERING AROUND 2000 MILES. MY SERVICE MANAGER SUGGESTED THE S-TUNE SUSPENSION ALONG WITH MICHELIN PILOTS. SO FAR ABSOLUTELY NO PROBLEMS AT ALL. THE ALIGNMENT HAS BEEN CHECKED 3 TIMES SINCE AND EVERYTHING IS FINE. MY SERVICE MANAGER TOLD ME THAT THEY DO THE ALIGNMENT WORK ON A 350 AS SOON AS IT COMES OFF THE TRUCK AND THEY HAVE HAD VIRTUALLY NO FEATHERING PROBLEMS. I DON'T KNOW. NONE OF IT MAKES ANY SENSE TO ME.
