No, I think you knew they made a mistake and you didn't say anything. If that is how you want to live your life and conduct your business, that's your choice. But yes, I find that pathetic.

Personally, I've found life to be much easier and sweeter by always treating others as I would want them to treat me. That includes business transactions. Ultimately, I am far better off for it.

Let me guess. You buy something at a store and they give you too much change. Bet you don't say anything then either.
