I believe he said "drum and bass", referring to the music genre.

I think he was so outrageously wrong on just about everything he said, it makes me wonder if it was on purpose? Like some lame sense of humor type thing that us americans just don't find funny?

Just his opinion... but yeah I love tif! She's really likes the Z too. I believe when she compared it on the track to the Audi TT, she summed it up by saying something along the lines of:

"The Audi is the car you want to show up at a party with, but the Z is the car you want to leave with."

Awesome.

You probably already know this, but the guy in this video is Jeremy Clarkson on his show called Top Gear. He can definitely get harsh on some cars!

Tiff Needell, on the other hand, is on a similar show called Fifth Gear. (I believe they used to, or still do, work together.) Tiff isn't grumpy and stuffy like Jeremy, and Tiff and his co-host seem to enjoy cars for the purpose of hauling buttocks more than anything else. Very fun show to watch. (Didn't Tiff used to be a pro racecar driver?)

I've watched just about every 'Top Gear' epsiode I could find. I never seen Jeremy Clarkson's retest of the 350Z. Anyone actually see it? I'd like to see him eat his own words.

Same here. I don't know if they've reviewed the UK version yet. I did see Tiff Needell review the US version quite some time ago, though. He liked it. He did mention how cheap the interior was, but he otherwise liked the performance if I recall. I don't believe I've seen any Top Gear or Fifth Gear reviews of the UK version. (I wish we could get those shows here in the US. It gets tough finding them on the net.)

Yeah, but the Crossfire is... well... uh... not exactly worthy of a glowing review.

LOL i wanted to punch that guy, he disses the other guys who brought in their 280Z and 260Z and 240Z thats gay, i will admit i didnt like that 280Z but the one i drive is totally different but its a 78, I really wanted to punch this guy listening to his review OMG especially about the engine noise, how it was driving him crazy.

I for one love the engine noise of the 350Z it sounds awesome.

Also i believe Japanese people say Z zeddo so its like the same as the brits lol. atleast various Z's ive seen its zeddo when its written out in japanese

You gotta look at this in perspective... his job also entails driving other cars - such as Lambos, Pagani's, GTR's, McLaren's... to be honest his job must suck. After driving those cars, what would you need to drive to be satisfied??

I used to love pizza. Until I got a job working at a pizzaria. Get my drift?

And besides, he probably drinks warm beer anyways - what the hell could he know?

Can someone direct me or give me links to other top gear episodes?

As for the review, I have to agree with others in that he seemed to be finding anything to complain about. Sure the coin holder and plastics arent amazing but is it really that big a thing? The engine he says is the car's problem but isnt it an award winning engine that Nissan successfully adapts to different applications?

At least he's picky, that way when he gives his approval its because the car is damn near perfect.

Yeah, the ripping on the people who were helping him out to make his lame show was not cool.

Why invite a bunch of people to bring their cars on tv (which mean they probably spent hours detailing the car) and then tell them that their cars suck....

Maybe they got some cash or something out of it....

Not sure if you're joking or not, so I'll respond just in case.

In most other countries, the letter "z" is pronounced zed (or some derivation thereof). To my knowledge, I don't know of many other countries (any?) that pronounce the letter z as "zee" like we do in the US.
