Yea, NNA says the check is in the mail - lol - - - the lady I worked with was very helpful - - I'm on my 3rd set of tires (front and rear), had feathering TSB done at 3,000 miles where that swapped the fronts from side to side (scrapped my wheels, but that was resolved too) - since then I only get 10,000 - 11,000 miles out a set of S03's - - since the new extended warrnety came out I've gotten the car aligned again and the toe is visually less than what it was before (all done at Nissan dealer) - - NNA will only warrenty the fronts, even though I suspect my rear tire wear was a result of their earlier alignment - - - anyhow, NNA is reimbursing me for 2 sets of fronts, so I'm happy about that.

NNA was questioning my second set because the dealer didn't keep accurate records, make sure every time you have your Z into the dealer for tire issues that they record it on the work order, mine didn't, they kept telling me the tire wear (10,000 mile life) was normal and even denied my request to re-check the alignment once before - - -

how did you sent in your request? fax or mail? when you call NNA, do you just give them your name and they have a record of it?
