Which will not work because there is no way to verify the validity of any of the signatures.

Hell, I can sign that petition and I don't even live in Texas. Also, you can sign it multiple times using any name and e-mail address you want. How in the world will a 'petition' like that be effective?

This has been discussed before with other petitions on petitiononline. Bottom line is, that site sucks.
