Ironic thing is I got it the night after i came from drivers trainning from my first ticket.

When the cop gave me my ticket I told him I never got one before.

Problem is I dont even know if im still on court supervision or if i ever was since i took the 4 hour class.

So does anyone know if in the state of illinois that if its even possilbe to take the class without court supervision?

 

i would take the ticket to court, you have a 50 -50 chance the cop is not gonna show....
and if he does show you can always try to have the judge plee it down.

 

I dont know about IL, but in OH, as soon as the class is over, your record is considered clean. Of course they have to do paperwork to show you went to class and stuff, but consider that second ticket your first ticket. Take it to court as you will not be given the op. to take the class again.

 

I picked my Z up May 22 at 6:00PM and got my first speeding ticket 12:30AM. 1st since I was 18 (11 years ago). I was only going 76 in a 55, which is how I normally drive. THIS things a COP magnet.

 

i would say reschedule the court date at least twice. Then you have a good chance of him not showing. How fast is it for? I at one time had double probation. I dont know how, but i did.

 

Well, at least it wasn't double *secret* probation.
