I need advice,1st How much does the nismo body kit cost for the whole car (front, sides, and rear)

2nd What should I tell my insurance company??, (AAA) I want to avoid paying a deductible and avoid having any claims on my record since I fear my rate may go up. Can my rate go up?( this is first claim)

3rd Should I produce a license plate # for the big rig that kicked up the board?

Really dumb, when it comes to this crap... any advice is greatly appreciated.

Thanks!!!
I know one of the forum members is an auto insurance claims adjustor, so I'll leave the final words of wisdom on your question to him; however, after dealing with insurance company a lot of times with claims such as the one you need to open, I can tell you that if you tell them exactly what happen. i.e., a road debris hit your car on the interstate, they will cover the claim as a comprehensive claim, and you'll have to pay the (usually) lower deductible. Unless you can find the owner of the truck that kicked up the road debris, and he agrees with your story and you contact his insurance company and open a claim with them, you're going to have to pay your deductible.

depending on what your deductible is it may just be cheaper in the long run to just get that nismo kit you wanted. i think it can be had for about 800 for the whole kit (replica) then paint would be about 3-400 so maybe 1200 total or you likely have a 500 or1000 deductible and then they will kick your rates up 20-30 for the next 3yrs.

stock bumper is about 245 from the dealer, maybe cheaper from performance nissan (tell em your a member) plus paint which would be about 150
