Here in So. Cal some 76 stations off 100 octane...but it is $4.25/gal. They have a chart on their web page with a breakdown of the final octane ratio if you mix 100 & 91 together.

The dumbest think I ever did was sell my 93' Z32 TT two years ago. Wonderful photographs. I have been waiting for this comparison so that I could get a good idea of the body differences.
