Update on San Rafael Nissan Dealership
Here is the update to my situation with San Rafael Nissan
For those of you that didnt know what happen here is the past post: https://my350z.com/forum/showthread....=rafael+nissan
First off, I want to say thank you for all your help and concern regarding this matter but looks like this wont get resolved for another couple of weeks.
The current situation is as follow...
The dealership never paid off my Volvo, never paid the state tax, and never paid the Gap insurance. My lawyer and I are working to resolve this matter by cancelling the contract with the current lender and go after the dealership's owner. By pursuing this matter in this fashion we can null and void the initial contract under "Breach Of Contract" and hopefully pick up another Z very soon. Right now I dont even feel like driving my Z knowing that its attached to all the bad things that had happen.
What upsets me is that Nissan North America hasnt done **** to help me resolve this matter for me. They took care of their customers who went with their Financial institution but hung everyone else out to dry. Although I am very dissapointed with Nissan NA, I am still looking forward to getting my new Z and starting all over again.
Lesson to be learn here folks. No matter where you go to trade in your car, even if its a Nissan Dealership with Number 1 Customer Satisfaction rating, always check to make sure that your deal is completed within 28 days after you sign that paperwork. I am gonna do whatever I can so that there is a new law that protects all consumers like myself and rest of you guys in the future.
Wish me luck...and thank you again for all your support !
