Window getting scratches from going down

Window getting scratches from going down
Does anyone elses windows scuff up when they go down. The passanger side window looks like a$$ and ive only moved it up and down maybe 9 times EVER.
I think the rollers inside are rubbing on it.

YESSSSSSSSSSS i thought it was just mine, its not scratches, its like some kind of water mark or somthing, it goes away with a quick wipe, but it seems to always come back, what the hell is it!!!!! Do we take it to our dealer? I have it on both windows now.... I think its when the car has been wet slightly recently that it happens. Or maybe even more frequently im not sure.....
