I guess you could bust his ***** for not being a home owner or you could congratulate him for not having his parents buy him his vehicle like some of our younger members. You know, seeing as how this isn't a financial assessment thread and all.
Not to mention owning a home is a financial waste for most people that aren't home all the time to justify sinking money into repairs and other costs associated with home ownership.
