41 yrs. young and not feeling a day over 30...

With age comes responsibility and many lessons learned.
Time will always pass each of us by, but it's what we choose
to grab along the way that makes us who we are

Turned 58 today! Own an '07 350 Z 'enthusiast' 6MT - redline. Just over 11,xxx miles! I check out my350z.com daily. Really enjoy the site and member's cars. Live in snow country, so I count the days to Spring. Looking forward to follow NASA events this year and their new 350Z Spec class division!

Dad bought me the Z when I was 9 years old, however it was in pieces, thrown in dozens of boxes... Apparently it was a build-it-yourself 350Z. So almost 10 years later, here I am now, 350Z fully put together and working perfectly!

I'm 30 and before my Mint, 1 owner, 2007 San Marino Blue Base Model 350Z I've had...

'95 240SX (sold for the Z's DP)
'89 240SX (sold for the '95)
'93 RX-7 (hit by a drunk)

A Base model was the last thing I wanted (was aiming for a Touring) but I got it for a steal, I'll NEVER be upside down on the note...and it was an 07/08 in San Marino Blue - I wanted one in that color since they came out in '07.

I can live without TCS, LSD, Audio Controls, Leather and Bose...I have a mint 07 with BiXeons, LED's and and HR under the hood - and it's a rare color.

Also reading back on this thread - A lot of you younger guys are gonna HATE me for this but, I really do think the BARE MINIMUM starting age for a car with as much power as the 350Z is 21.

^Maybe, yet some never grow up and will always drive like DBs. There are F1 drivers younger than that as well.

29 years, 4 months, 25 days

I had another car before the Z, but it was totaled in a rear ended accident, so I was reimbursed about $7,000 of what the car was worth. It helped me pay for the 350 I have now<3 And we sued, so once we win the settlement I will have about $15,000 added to help with payments, upgrades, and some necessities(: I'm just glad I am alright.

I'm 20 with a 2008 base 6mt w/ a few mods. Got it when I was 18. So far no tickets or close calls. All about respecting the car

21. Wanted one since I was 13 but parents didn't have money. Went back to school last year and also got a good paying job and a side business. Put half of each paycheck in my Z fund and was able to buy one for cash last month. 06 with 33k miles. Now I baby it and haven't let a single person drive it. Some friends get pissed at me but I'm sure if they worked 60 hours a week to save up for a car while in school full time they would understand why I don't let them touch it haha.

Oh and JHuang01, there's a kid at my gym who got a new GTR on his 17th birthday so he pretty much has everyone beat here

What a coincidence ... I also have wanted a Z since I was 13. However, that was in 1970 when I was 13. And the Z I wanted was a 240Z. And my parents didn't have the money either & never did.

Unfortunately, I had to pay for college, a family with 3 children, (their college too), and a house mortgage x3 (consecutively, not concurrently).

So ... I couldn't afford a Z until I was 46.
