the carbon fiber hatch is about 16lbs versus the stock hatch at 60lbs, no a/c , no door panels, no side glass, the interior is totally removed, no air bags etc. serious weight savings.

i will post more pics as I work on the cosmetics more.

Whoah nice...

I'd love to see a more aerodynamic kit on this car...to give that wing more of a foundation.

Dig what you did to the interior. Keeping the stock steering wheel??

Are you competing in the Z?

Might as well go with Lexon windshield for weight reduction if it's a full time track car now.

BTW, nice looking Z. The two tone is reallyl smooth. At that height the wing is probably functional and if you're competing in it, looks don't matter. You getting any understeer with it now? Might be time for some front aero works, just a simple air dam would work.

Good to see a fully-dedicated track car. I assume this is a fun toy for events and timetrials right? I can't think of any class this car would really compete in with the exception of an unlimited class with NASA or something...

he was banned for supposidly being an employee of a company that sells wheels (wheelcenter or something like that). the IP addresses of axis007 and a few other members all matched and all happened to be posting excessively about that wheel shop.

i dont understand though...axis007 is supposed to be the owner of the company Axis wheels, right? i dont understand...

I looked up his posts and he has very few in the past month, nothing to warrant a ban. I think someone screwed up!

he was not banned for having said something wrong necessarily...it's because the IP address of axis007 was the same as another member which would mean it is the same person with multiple names. on a couple of the other names the person was plugging a company that sells wheels and a specific employee there. so it is alleged that all the names that were banned were either one or more employees from that company just trying to get more business by making false recommendations as an outside source. as mike already said that's direct violation of a few of the site rules and warrants a ban.

but i still dont understand because i thought axis007 is the owner of Axis wheels, and not just some low life employee at a wheel selling shop.

poo, I wanted more details.
I saw it at the track a couple weeks ago. I don't think it was running, just for show. I liked the yellow one more. Their driver was slow for that car though.
