Default 350z Tire Replacement Postcard?

Was at Nissan today getting an oil change and asked my service rep if Nissan had plans to do anything about the tire feathering issue on the '04 model since I had been told before that they were only planning to assist those with '03s. He said, "I can't tell you anything unless you already received the postcard". I said, "What postcard?". He said Nissan is planning to send a postcard to all 350Z owners telling them to come in to get their two front tires replaced free of charge. As long as you have under 20,000 miles, your tires will be replaced, but expect about a 6 week wait because they are replacing so many and they are having trouble getting enough tires in stock.

Has anyone else heard of this? ..and has anyone received this postcard?

I just had my tires changed yesterday. They did the front end alignment, and the new tires free. The also did the rear tire alignment at a reduced rate of $40.00. The car now rides quieter that my dad's Park Ave. except for the sound of my Borla true dual. Go get it done. Its worth the wait.

P.S. I only had to wait 1.5 weeks for the tires to arrive.

I complained about tire feathering and had tires swapped from side to side(per the old tsb). Feathering came back. Then I had bought 2 new tires just prior to the new TSB being released. I called NNA, faxed over the work I had done and got a check a week later from Nissan.
