Just got my VIN. Good news, right? Not necessarily. Had to call Nissan directly.

I ordered 3-30-02. Order # T 308934

last 4 digits of VIN # 47XX Projected delivery DECEMBER!!! WTF!!!

I'm glad to have the VIN, but I can't understand why I now have to possibly wait until December after ordering in March?!

Oh well...

 

you've got company... i ordered 2/1 and won't get mine until december. at least you have a vin... but i feel for you.

 

All is not lost. I orderd 1/26, in August NNA was saying December delivery, which they later changed to November with a VIN due late Sept. early Oct. I had been calling for a VIN over the last few weeks, with no luck.

Well, Monday the dealer call as said it was here. I picked it up Tuesday morning. So right now I would not put much faith in any delivery estimate you are given.

 

I ordered Silverstone, Enthusiast, MT, Aero...

I have a high order # and VIN...projected delivery--early Nov.

I'm thinking that production was delayed because of the aero package. I haven't seen any pictures of the Enthusiast with the aero package. That's one theory...any others?
