The GT-R aero design and color scheme is similar to the NISMO aero kit for the Z ... (everything except the spoiler)

 

Where are the door handles??? I hope they at least change the headlights...I don't like those at all (GT-R).

Well I disagree, I really like it. I think they will tone it down a bit from concept form to reality though, which is a good thing.

Wow, even if it's photoshopped, that's a nice looking car. Very aggressive, and very different.


A friend went for a ride today in the Z, and she likened it to a space ship.

 

I know it's really fast and all but I just don't like that look. It looks like something in the movie Robocop or something. I like the Z's looks better. Now if they'd just get me 400 HP in the Z I'd be in heaven!

 

i like the look of the new gtr er at least the front 2/3 and i actually like the oilspill headlights its a really different look and i think the market needs some of that before everything looks the same cough (toyota / mazda?) i say that the designeres should keep comming up w/ new stuff i've heard people talk just as bad about the 350z looks. soo i guess i'm happy i like it


i just wish the outter tail light was a bit smaller and maybe something different with the body lines i think where the pillars meet the quarterpanels its just ackward looking

You guys just dont know.... .....That GTR is badass. If you know what the older one look like the new one keeps the general look but just looks better. I know it looks a lil robocopish but believe me it will grow on you. and besides. ITS A SKYLINE GTR!!!!! I love the 350z but there is no competition between the two. Once again Nissan is stepping ahead of the competition.

...Guys I keep lookin at the car and I feel like its gonna become a legend. Do you guys know how fast the car is..not only that but how upgradeable they are?.......That new skyline is gonna be every enthusiast's dream car in my opinion ...just wait.

 

I love the rear design but those headlights have to go. Looks like some lazy eyed car or something. Other than that I like it .

Oh and the front wheel wells or front design, whatever it is, needs to be changed. Seems as though they started from the front and wanted a wide body then when they got the doors changed their minds and shaved the body down...

 

I like the back 1/2 of the GTR but not the front. Two boxy for my taste. Even the older skyline seem to lack some style and refinement. True the performance is tremendous, but the reason why it probably hasn't been a huge seller is that the styling is a little outdated. The new one looks like it is trying to take some styling cues from the older designs. I would like to see a fresh new design.
