I just ordered the Zaino kit. Anyone know how long it takes to ship?....How many coats should I apply the first time? ...Also (last question) how much of a difference does it make to Silverstone?

 

Which stuff did you get? z5 and z2?

If you want, supposedly (i'm not a zaino guy but i do detail cars) You may apply as many layers of z2 as you want, though from reading zainos site (which you should, since you spent your money on it) It seems you must allow zaino to haze properly, unless you want to ues their product that speeds up the process.


Or Perhaps you can return it, and get some good caranuba wax so u dont gotta wast your time with all that. I use pinnacle souveran : ]

 

The kit came with both z2 and z5, along with clay bar and some other stuff.

 

first, post this in the "detailing" forum, and second, search. you will find all of your answers. if you read, you will find z5 is for filling swirl marks, Z2 for a deep shine, and the clay bars if for removing road grime. also, they say that only put on about 3 coats a day when using ZFX.
