Default ZISME - Could you confirm Bose "fix"

ZISME,
There have been numerous posts here and on "other" sites recently regarding the Bose "fix". Specifically, it appears that at least some folks have been told that a new amp for the subwoofer is now being installed (at the port?), which solves the reported problems. Some folks have reported to actually have the new amp installed at their dealership, and some folks say their dealership knows nothing about it.
As a Touring preorder customer still waiting for my car, I would be really interested in knowing what the "facts" are. Would you be so kind to just update us on what you know about this issue. As always, your input would be greatly appreciated.

ZISME replied to an e-mail of mine, and stated that we will be able to contact our dealers in November for a fix.

I asked my service manager about it the other day and they didn't know anything about it or that there was even a problem. Hopefully he'll let me know something when he finds out.

Thumbs up Maybe it is my old ears...

But my Bose sounds great. I don't understand the complaints.
