Bumpy Ride + Hard Headrest = Uncomfortable... Suggestions?

Bumpy Ride + Hard Headrest = Uncomfortable... Suggestions?
I drive long distances in the Z daily. I like using the headrest but once the Z starts bouncing around, my head starts bouncing on the headrest! I have been looking for some type of pillow that straps on the the headrest, but still looks nice. Anyone have suggestions?
